CNC wire forming equipment is well suited for producing simple and complex wire form designs. CNC forming equipment is ideal for production in today's time sensitive marketplace. Menu based computer programming allows new parts to be programmed in a minimum amount of time. This simplifies the process of producing prototypes and sample parts. No more manual bending required!  

Another benefit of CNC wire forming is universal tooling. One universal tool can form literally thousands of different parts. Equipment set-up time is greatly reduced on this type of machine. This makes low volume production much more practical and economical. Expensive custom built hard tooling is eliminated for most parts. If custom tooling is required we have our own tool room to design and build the necessary tools. 

Our current CNC forming equipment allows us to form all types of wire such as stainless steel, spring temper, galvanized, copper, bronze, and basic low carbon wire. We can form a range of wire diameters from .080” to .375” with feed lengths greatly exceeding those of a fourslide forming machine.
