Fourslide forming and stamping dates back many years. It is a very effective method of producing a high volume of parts in a short period of time. These machines get their name from four horizontal forming slides. They take coiled wire or flat stock from a coil, straighten it, feed it and cut it to the required length. They then form it and eject a finished part. This all occurs automatically and efficiently.

Our fourslide machines can feed and form lengths of wire or flat stock up to 36". We can handle a range of wire sizes from .062 to .250 diameter on these machines. We form all types of material including stainless steel, high carbon spring steel, pre-galvanized, galfan coated, copper, brass, and basic mild steel.

We have our own fully equipped tool room facilities to build and maintain the tooling our machines use. We also design our fourslide tooling to run on more than one machine to provide us with increased production flexibility. This enables us to give you the best possible price and the quickest delivery for your products.
