Vogan Manufacturing offers a variety of secondary operations to compliment our wire forming equipment. We have spot welding, arc welding, and butt-welding capabilities in house to complete welded wire assemblies. Our shop contains various types and sizes of mechanical presses to perform operations such as flattening, piercing, cutting and forming.

We also have custom designed and built pneumatic tables. These tables perform a specialized forming function that would not be able to be done on our CNC and fourslide machines. This type of equipment increases the variety of parts that we are able to produce in our shop. Vogan also uses manual operations to complete parts when necessary. These operations include thread cutting and manual bending with small portable forming blocks.

Vogan Manufacturing works closely with other companies to provide various  finishes and coatings for your wire parts. These finishes include all types of powder coated, nylon coated, and electro-plated finishes. We will gladly include these finishes on the final product we offer to you.
